– π₯ bacon – 200 g
– π§ parmesan cheese – 100 g (grated)
– π burger buns – 4
– π₯¬ lettuce – 4 leaves
– π
tomato – 1 (sliced)
– π₯ pickles – 100 g (sliced)
– π
ketchup – 4 tbsp
– π mustard – 2 tbsp
– π§ salt and pepper – to taste
– π’οΈ olive oil – 1 tbsp (for cooking)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the bacon: In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from pan and place on paper towels to drain excess fat. Once cool, crumble into small pieces.
2. Cook ground meat: In the same skillet, add ground meat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Add crumbled bacon and parmesan cheese. Mix well and remove from heat.
3. Prepare buns: Preheat oven to 200Β°C. Meanwhile, cut burger buns in half and place on a baking sheet.
4. Form the buns: Take a small amount of the meat mixture and form a ball. Place this ball in the center of the bottom half of a burger bun. Close the bun, pressing well to seal the meat inside. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
5. Bake the bombes: Lightly brush the tops of the buns with olive oil. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the buns are golden and crispy.
6. Prepare the toppings: While the bombes are baking, prepare the toppings. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, slice the tomato and pickles.
7. Serve: Once the bombes are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Open the bombes and add a lettuce leaf, a few slices of tomato and pickles. Add ketchup and mustard to taste. Close and serve hot.
Extra Tips: These cheeseburger bombs can be paired with crispy fries or a fresh salad for a complete meal. You can also customize the toppings to your liking!
