- 8 lamb chops (rib or loin, about 1 inch thick)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup flour
