Cheesy Philly Meatloaf with Steak and Peppers

 

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb thinly sliced roast beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, roast beef, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
Top with shredded provolone cheese and bake for 45-50 minutes until cooked through.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
