Ingredients:
For the bombs:
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced pickles
1/4 cup finely diced onions
1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
For the Big Mac sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons French dressing
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
Make the sauce: In a bowl, mix together all the Big Mac sauce ingredients. Set aside in the fridge.
Prepare the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain any excess fat. Let it cool slightly.
Assemble the bombs:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
In the center of each biscuit, add a spoonful of cooked beef, some cheese, diced onions, and pickles.
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Optional: Brush with a bit of butter or egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve: Let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with the Big Mac sauce on the side or drizzled on top.
