Fireball Whiskey Cinnamon Gummies

Ingredients:

– 1 cup Fireball Whiskey

– 1/2 cup cold water

– 2 tablespoons gelatin powder

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)

Directions:

1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the Fireball Whiskey and cold water. Stir to mix well.

2. Gradually sprinkle the gelatin powder over the liquid mixture, stirring continuously until the gelatin is fully dissolved.

3. Add 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the mixture. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

4. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

5. Pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds, filling each cavity to the top.

6. Refrigerate the molds for at least 2-3 hours, or until the gummies are set and firm.

7. Once set, carefully remove the gummies from the molds.

8. In a shallow dish, combine 1/4 cup of granulated sugar with additional ground cinnamon to create a coating. Roll each gummy in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.

9. Store the finished gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
