Cottage Cheese Chips

A crunchy and flavorful snack made with cottage cheese and cheddar cheese, perfect for satisfying those savory cravings.

Ingredients:
– 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat)
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the scoops about 2 inches apart. Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of the spoon to form thin rounds.
4. Drizzle the olive oil over the chips for added flavor and crispiness.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the chips are crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
6. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
