Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

INGREDIENTS

For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Chicken: In a shallow dish, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Dip each chicken breast into the mixture, turning to coat evenly.

Bake the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.

Serve: Arrange the baked chicken breasts on plates and drizzle generously with the Creamy Garlic Sauce.
