Marinated Mozzarella Balls, Artichokes, and Olives Appetizer:

Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 2-3 tablespoons red or white wine vinegar
– 1 garlic clove, finely grated
– 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
– 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 (14 oz) package mozzarella balls
– 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
– 1/2 cup pitted and sliced olives (such as Kalamata or green olives)

Instructions:
1. *Mix Marinade*: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. *Add Mozzarella Balls*: Add mozzarella balls to the marinade and toss to coat.
3. *Add Artichokes and Olives*: Add chopped artichoke hearts and sliced olives to the bowl. Toss to combine.
4. *Refrigerate*: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
5. *Serve*: Serve chilled, garnished with fresh parsley or basil (optional).
