Ingredients:
• 8 large low-carb or high-fiber tortillas (like Ole Xtreme Wellness, 1 point each)
• 6 oz fat-free cream cheese (3 points total)
• 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix (3 points)
• 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese (8 points)
• ½ cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled (2 points)
• ¼ cup finely chopped green onions (0 points)
• ¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper (optional) (0 points)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the fat-free cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar, crumbled turkey bacon, green onions, and red bell pepper until smooth.
2. Lay out the low-carb tortillas and spread the mixture evenly over each one.
3. Roll them up tightly and slice into pinwheels (or leave whole as wraps).
4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving for best results.
