Simple No-Knead Bread Recipe

If you’re looking for a hassle-free way to make fresh bread without the mess of kneading, this no-knead bread recipe is perfect for you. With minimal effort and just a few ingredients, you can enjoy warm, homemade bread with a crisp crust and soft interior.

Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 ½ cups warm water

1 teaspoon active dry yeast

1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.

Add Water: Pour in the warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.

Let It Rise: Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and allow the dough to rise at room temperature for about 12-18 hours. It will become bubbly and double in size.

Shape the Dough: Once risen, turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently shape it into a round loaf.

Preheat the Oven: Heat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a Dutch oven or a heavy oven-safe pot inside to preheat as well.

Bake the Bread: Once the oven and pot are hot, carefully place the dough inside the pot, cover with a lid, and bake for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the bread is golden brown.

Cool and Enjoy: Let the bread cool on a rack before slicing.

This simple recipe yields delicious, fresh bread with a crunchy crust and a soft, airy interior. Enjoy it with butter, jam, or your favorite spreads!
