Ingredients:
* 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/4 cup lemon juice
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
