Simple Ice Cream Recipe: Only 4 Ingredients, Very Creamy, Excellent Yields

Ingredients:

• 2 cups (500ml) heavy cream (cold)

• 1 can (14oz / 397g) sweetened condensed milk

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1️⃣ Whip the Cream – In a large bowl, beat the cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form (about 2-3 minutes).

2️⃣ Mix the Base – Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth and well combined.

3️⃣ Freeze – Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container, smooth the top, and cover with plastic wrap.

4️⃣ Chill & Serve – Freeze for at least 6 hours (or overnight). Scoop and enjoy!

Variations:

• Chocolate: Add ¼ cup cocoa powder.

• Strawberry: Blend in ½ cup puréed strawberries.

• Cookies & Cream: Fold in crushed Oreos.

• Coffee: Mix in 1 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water.
