Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups

Ingredients You’ll Need

Makes 12–16 rollups

For the Rollups:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese , cut into strips
  • 4 slices cooked bacon , halved
  • Toothpicks , for securing

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter , melted 🧈
  • 1 clove garlic , minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

Step 2: Season the Beef

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
  2. Divide the beef into 12–16 equal portions and flatten each into a thin patty (about 3 inches wide).

Step 3: Assemble the Rollups

  1. Place a strip of cheddar cheese and half a slice of bacon on each patty.
  2. Roll the beef around the filling, sealing the edges tightly. Secure each rollup with a toothpick to hold its shape.

Step 4: Bake

  1. Arrange the rollups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 15–20 minutes , until the beef is cooked through and slightly browned.

Step 5: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.

Step 6: Finish & Serve

  1. Brush the garlic butter sauce generously over the baked rollups while they’re still warm.
  2. Serve hot with ketchup, ranch, BBQ sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce.
