Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 box of stuffing mix (such as Stove Top or any other brand)
1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of chicken broth or water
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken: Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Mix the Soup: In a bowl, combine the can of cream of chicken soup and chicken broth (or water). Stir well until the mixture is smooth.
Add the Stuffing: Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over the chicken in the slow cooker.
Pour the Soup Mixture: Pour the soup and broth mixture over the stuffing. Don’t stir. Cover the slow cooker with the lid.
Cook: Set your slow cooker on low and cook for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the stuffing is tender.
Serve: Once done, shred the chicken with two forks or serve as whole breasts with the stuffing on the side.
