The original KFC recipe is a secret blend of ingredients that the KFC fast food chain uses to produce its fried chicken.
In the late 1930s, Harland Sanders gas station in Corbin, Kentucky was so popular with its fried chicken that Sanders decided to removing gas pumps and build a restaurant and motel in their place. While perfecting his mystery recipe with eleven herbs and spices,
Sanders located that frying chicken become extraordinarily slow, requiring half-hour in keeping with order.
Frying chicken took half the time, but resulted in dry, unevenly cooked chicken. In 1939, it was discover that use  pressure fryer produced moist, flavorful chicken in eight or nine minutes.After Sanders fashioned a partnership with Pete Harman, they commenced advertising the hen in the Fifties asKentucky Fried Chicken, with the company shipping premixed seasonings to restaurants to
keep the recipe secret.  He claimed ingredients are “on everyone’s shelf”.

°1 medium sized chicken, cut into 8 pieces, or chicken wings or drumsticks are possible.
°1 tablespoon of hot red pepper.
°1 tablespoon of table salt.
°1 teaspoon garlic powder.
°A quarter cup of water.
°frying oil.
°1 kilo of flour for packaging.

In order to prepare the chicken on your way to making Kentucky Fried Chicken, the original and secret recipe, you must follow all of the following steps:
 First, wash the chicken well with water, vinegar, lemon and flour, and cut it into 8 equal-sized pieces.

Then we put the chicken in a large bowl with a quarter cup of water and put all the spices on it.

After that, the chicken is marinated for at least two hours in the refrigerator so that the spices are well absorbed.
Then we coat each piece of chicken in flour, then we dip it in water and water in flour again.
We put it in a very abundant oil over high heat for two minutes, the heat is reduced and we wait 10 to 15 minutes for it to be golden brown and served hot with rice and salads.
