Loaded Cheesy Pocket Tacos

Cheesy Loaded Pocket Tacos are a delicious blend of traditional Mexican and American flavors, combining the best of both worlds in one delicious, handcrafted treat. These tacos are an impossible to resist take at the traditional taco, with every component cautiously selected to create the proper concord of flavor and texture.
It’s a great quick meal when you’re always on the go. In my house, we always take the children to such and such a sport, to a school reunion, to a religious group or to a friend’s house.
So I love meals like these! I can put them on top and keep them snug. When the kids are ready, grab it and go. I can’t lie to you, I actually thought of something like this a long time ago, but for some reason I thought it would be a lot of work.

°1 package taco seasoning
°1 lb ground meat
°Half a cup of sauce
°8 ounces soft cream cheese
°2 tablespoons melted butter
°1 cup grated cheddar cheese
°12 6-inch tortillas
°How to Make:
Minced meat is crumbled in a frying pan and cooked
Drain the fat from the pan
Add package of taco seasoning mix, following package directions
In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese until smooth
Add the cup of sauce and mix well
While holding the tortilla, place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of the tortilla
Top with a dollop of taco flavored beef, to cover the cheese and salsa mixture
Sprinkle with grated cheese
Fold the tortilla and stuff it like you would a burrito
Lightly spray the baking sheet
Preheat oven to 350*
Place the wrapped tortilla on a greased tray
Brush tops of tortilla rolls with melted butter
Bake for 15 mn.
Removing from oven & add your choice toppings such as lettuce, salsa, sour cream, olives also more cheese.
