Cheesy Garlic Brussels Sprouts Bake

Ingredients:

– 3 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 4 garlic cloves, minced

– 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

– Salt and pepper, to taste

– 1 cup shredded Parmesan or Asiago cheese

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×9 inch cast-iron skillet or small casserole dish with butter.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, heavy cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and both cheeses. Toss everything together until well mixed.
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared skillet or casserole dish. If you love cheese, feel free to sprinkle some extra Parmesan and mozzarella on top!

4. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dish is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
