Crispy Melty Ranch Bacon Chicken Taquitos
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup ranch dressing
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
10 small flour tortillas
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: To 400°F (200°C).
Mix Filling:
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Prepare Tortillas:
Warm tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds to make them pliable.
Fill & Roll:
Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Spray & Bake:
Lightly spray the taquitos with cooking spray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Serve & Enjoy:
Let cool slightly, then serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
