Virginia’s Molasses Cookies were a signature recipe of my grandmother, Virginia, who was a culinary instructor until her passing at over 100 years old. Four generations later, they’re still a cherished family favorite. Soft, spiced, and perfectly sweet, these cookies are sure to become a tradition in your kitchen, too.
