Tips for Perfect Garlic Butter Steak Bites
-
Use sirloin or ribeye – these cuts stay juicy and tender in the air fryer.
-
Cut steak evenly so everything cooks at the same speed.
-
Don’t overcrowd the basket– if needed, cook in batches for maximum crispiness.
-
Rest the steak bites for a minute or two before serving for extra juiciness.
Variations
-

-
Spicy Kick: Add cayenne or chili flakes to the garlic butter.
