This hearty and comforting casserole is perfect for a busy weeknight. It’s packed with flavor and requires minimal effort.

 

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity

Kielbasa 1 package (sliced)

Hash Browns 1 bag (32 oz)

Onion 1 small (diced)

Cheddar Cheese 2 cups

Sour Cream 1/2 cup

Milk 1/2 cup

Cream of Mushroom or Chicken Soup 1 can (10 oz)

Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder To taste

 

Instructions:

Combine Ingredients: In a greased slow cooker, combine kielbasa, hash browns, onion, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.

Prepare Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom or chicken soup, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Assemble and Cook: Pour the sauce mixture over the kielbasa and hash brown mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Serve: Serve with a side salad or roasted vegetables.

Optional: For added flavor, consider adding other vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli.
