Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese π
Ingredients:
β Garlic Butter
β’ 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
β’ 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
β’ 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
β Sandwich Assembly
β’ 4 slices sandwich bread
β’ 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Directions:
1. Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
2. Assemble the Sandwiches:
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
On the unbuttered side, add a generous layer of the shredded cheese blend, then top with another slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
3. Grill the Sandwiches:
Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Cook the sandwiches for 2β3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is fully melted.
4. Serve:
