Cabbage and Ground Beef

Ingredients:

  • 1 small cabbage, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon bouillon powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in cumin, cayenne pepper, bouillon powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add chopped cabbage and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Pour in diced tomatoes with their juice. Mix well.
  7. Cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
