Ingredients:
- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon bouillon powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in cumin, cayenne pepper, bouillon powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chopped cabbage and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in diced tomatoes with their juice. Mix well.
- Cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
