Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients:

For the bombs:

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional but recommended)
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
  • 1 tube of refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough (8 pieces)
  • Pickles or jalapeños (optional, for stuffing)

For the garlic butter topping:

  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Cook the beef:
    • In a skillet, sauté onions until soft.
    • Add ground beef, garlic powder, Worcestershire, salt & pepper.
    • Cook until browned, then let it cool a bit.
  3. Assemble the bombs:
    • Flatten each piece of dough into a small circle.
    • Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a piece of cheese in the center.
    • Add pickles or jalapeños if using.
    • Fold and pinch the edges to seal into a ball.
  4. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.
  5. Make the garlic butter topping:
    • Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, and Parmesan.
  6. Brush the bombs with the garlic butter mix.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Brush again with leftover garlic butter once out of the oven (optional but yum).

Perfect with a dipping sauce like ranch, ketchup, or a spicy mayo.
