Ingredients:
For the bombs:
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional but recommended)
- 8 slices cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
- 1 tube of refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough (8 pieces)
- Pickles or jalapeños (optional, for stuffing)
For the garlic butter topping:
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Cook the beef:
- In a skillet, sauté onions until soft.
- Add ground beef, garlic powder, Worcestershire, salt & pepper.
- Cook until browned, then let it cool a bit.
- Assemble the bombs:
- Flatten each piece of dough into a small circle.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a piece of cheese in the center.
- Add pickles or jalapeños if using.
- Fold and pinch the edges to seal into a ball.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.
- Make the garlic butter topping:
- Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, and Parmesan.
- Brush the bombs with the garlic butter mix.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush again with leftover garlic butter once out of the oven (optional but yum).
