Ingredients:
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 liter (about 4 cups) of cold water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large pitcher, combine cucumber, ginger, lemon, and mint.
- Pour in the cold water and stir gently.
- Let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours (or overnight for stronger flavor).
- Serve chilled, optionally with ice cubes and extra mint or lemon slices.
