Cucumber Ginger Mint Lemon Water

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 liter (about 4 cups) of cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine cucumber, ginger, lemon, and mint.
  2. Pour in the cold water and stir gently.
  3. Let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours (or overnight for stronger flavor).
  4. Serve chilled, optionally with ice cubes and extra mint or lemon slices.
