Ingredients:
# For the Lobster:
– 1½ to 2 lbs lobster tail meat, cut into bite-sized chunks
– 2 tablespoons olive oil or unsalted butter
– Salt and pepper, to taste
# For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
– 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
– 1 tablespoon white wine
– Red pepper flakes
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Lobster:
Pat the lobster chunks dry with paper towels.
Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season lobster with salt and pepper.
Sear the lobster bites for about 1–2 minutes per side, until just cooked through and opaque. Remove and set aside.
2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add 4 tablespoons butter.
Once melted, stir in the garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add lemon juice, white wine, thyme, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Simmer for 1–2 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Stir in chopped parsley.
3. Combine and Serve:
Return the lobster to the pan, spoon the sauce over, and warm through for about 30 seconds.
Serve immediately—perhaps over pasta, risotto, or with toasted bread.
