Ingredients

Instructions
Make the Creamed Chicken:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Gradually add the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
5. Add the shredded chicken, peas, carrots, salt, pepper, and thyme. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

Make the Biscuits:
