Churro Cheesecake Donut Cookies
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
For the Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Caramel Sauce (optional):
1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions:
Mix the Dough: Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, then pipe the mixture into dough.
Shape and Seal the Cookies: Flatten dough into circles, pipe filling, fold edges over, and cut out the center for the donut shape.
Cinnamon-Sugar Coating: Roll cookies in cinnamon-sugar until fully coated.
Bake: Arrange cookies on a baking sheet, bake
