Ingredients:
12 oz package of kielbasa
16 oz box of pasta
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp minced garlic chicken
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
3 tbsp tomato paste
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp each of Italian seasoning and garlic powder
½ tsp salt and pepper
Dried parsley
Directions:
Prep Kielbasa Pasta:
Gather all ingredients and slice kielbasa into small rounds.
Measure out seasonings and shred Parmesan cheese if using a block.
Cook Sausage:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown sliced kielbasa until golden.
Remove from skillet and set aside.
Prepare Sauce:
Add butter to the skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic, heavy cream, tomato sauce, tomato paste, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
