2 pork tenderloins (around 1 lb each)
⅔ cup honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ cup chicken broth (or water)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic
Salt, as per taste
1 tbsp corn starch
Cooking oil for brushing
Steps:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
Lightly brush the pork tenderloins with oil and season with about ½ tsp of seasoning salt. Place in the casserole dish.
In a bowl, mix together honey, chicken broth, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, salt, and corn starch until smooth.
Pour this mixture around (not over) the pork in the dish.
Bake for around 20 minutes or until the pork has an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Once out of the oven, allow it to rest for a bit, then slice and serve with the sauce from the dish.
