+For cake:
°3 c. All-purpose flour
°1 c. granulated sugar
°1 tbsp. chemical yeast
°1 C. milk
°2 large eggs
°8 c. Unsalted and melted butter
°1 c. vanilla extract
+To decorate:
°1 c. Soft butter
°1 c packed brown sugar
°3 tbsp. All-purpose flour
°3 tbsp. cinnamon
+To decorate:
°2 c. powdered sugar
°⅓ c. the milk
°1 c. vanilla extract
*Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine all cake ingredients and blend until smooth. Spread the cake mixture in the bottom of a well-greased 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
Add the filling ingredients into a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture over the cake mix in a baking dish. Use a butter knife to slide the filling into the top layer of the cake batter.
Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Mix the frosting ingredients until smooth and pour over the warm cake.
Let the icing set before serving.
