Fried green tomatoes

Ingredients :
°2 green tomatoes
°2 eggs
°1/2 c (125ml) milk
°1/2 c (125ml) flour
°1/2 c (125 mL) cornmeal
°1/2 cup (125ml) breadcrumbs
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1/4 teaspoon pepper
°canola oil for frying
*Preparation :
Core and cut the tomatoes into slices. In a bowl, combine milk and eggs. In another bowl, place the flour. Then, in  third bowl, combined cornmeal, breadcrumbs, salt alslo pepper. Dip the tomatoes in the egg mixture, then in the flour and finally in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a large pot over high heat or in a deep fryer. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
