Ingredients:
• 1/3 c soy sauce
• 1/2 c olive oil
• 1/3 c lemon juice
• 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
• 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
• 3 tablespoons of dried basil
• 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
• 1 tsp ground white pepper
• 1/4 tsp hot sauce pepper
• 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
*How to do it:
Putting soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley & pepper in blender.
Adding hot pepper sauce & garlic, if desire. Blending on high speed for 30 seconds to well blended.
Pour the marinade over the desired type of meat.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Cook the meat as desired.
