This Warm Swiss and Onion Dip is creamy, cheesy, and packed with savory onion flavor — the perfect crowd-pleasing appetizer! It’s warm, bubbly, and perfect for serving with crackers, bread, or veggies.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional, for garnish)

  • Crackers, bread, or vegetables, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven and Prep Dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or any oven-safe baking dish.

  2. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, garlic powder, and black pepper until fully combined.

  3. Bake: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
