Honey Garlic Baked Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients (for 6 drumsticks)
- 6 chicken drumsticks (about 800 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
- ½ tsp paprika (optional, for color)
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
- Fresh parsley or sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
- Pat dry the chicken with paper towels, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Make the sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil. - Coat the drumsticks:
Place the chicken in the baking dish and pour the sauce over them, turning to coat evenly. - Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through and spooning the sauce over the chicken to glaze it.
- Broil for 3–5 minutes at the end (optional) for a caramelized, sticky finish.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or sesame seeds before serving.
