    • Toss halved potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.

    • Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.

  2. Prep the Steak Bites

  3. Combine & Cook

    • After 15 minutes, add steak bites to the air fryer with the potatoes.

  4. Make the Garlic Butter

  5. Finish & Serve

    • Toss hot steak bites and potatoes with the garlic butter mixture until coated.

Tips for Perfect Garlic Butter Steak Bites

  • Use sirloin or ribeye – these cuts stay juicy and tender in the air fryer.

  • Cut steak evenly so everything cooks at the same speed.

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket– if needed, cook in batches for maximum crispiness.

  • Rest the steak bites for a minute or two before serving for extra juiciness.

Variations

  • Cheesy Upgrade: Sprinkle shredded Parmesan or mozzarella over the potatoes right after cooking.

  • Spicy Kick: Add cayenne or chili flakes to the garlic butter.

  • Herb Twist: Swap parsley for rosemary or thyme for a different flavor profile.

  • Low-Carb Swap: Replace potatoes with cauliflower florets for a keto-friendly option.
