Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Make the Spread
In a bowl, mix cream cheese with ranch dressing until smooth and spreadable.
2. Layer the Fillings

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.

Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture all over.

Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.

Add a layer of ham, turkey, veggies, and spinach.
3. Roll It Up
Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, creating a log shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
4. Slice & Serve
Remove wrap and cut into 1-inch slices to form pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled.
