This Baked Ranch Parmesan Chicken is a simple yet incredibly flavorful dish that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner. The chicken breasts are coated in a delicious mixture of ranch seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and crispy panko, then baked to golden-brown perfection.

 

Ingredients:

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts 4

Grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup

Ranch dressing mix 1 packet

Panko breadcrumbs 1 cup

Melted butter ½ cup

Salt and pepper To taste

 

Instructions:

Preheat Oven & Prep Dish: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Make the Coating: In a shallow bowl, combine the 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 packet of ranch dressing mix, and 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs.

Prepare the Chicken: Season the 4 chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Dip each chicken breast into the ½ cup of melted butter, ensuring it’s well-coated.

Coat & Bake: Press the butter-coated chicken into the Parmesan mixture, covering it evenly on all sides. Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is a crisp, golden brown.

Serve: Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
