Ingredients

For the Meatloaf:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

For the Topping:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set it aside.

2. Make the Meatloaf Mixture:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
