Ingredients:
For the Chicken Balls:
* 1 lb ground chicken
* 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
* 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

* 2 garlic cloves, minced

* 1/2 teaspoon paprika
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
* 1 pound pasta (your choice, but penne or fettuccine work well)
* 1/4 cup butter
* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 2 cups milk
* 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Chicken Balls:
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until thoroughly combined.
2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the chicken balls to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Remove the chicken balls from the skillet and set aside.
Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
1. While the chicken balls are cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions.
2. While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute, or until the mixture is smooth.
3. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
5. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Toss to coat.
To Serve:
1. Add the cooked chicken balls to the pasta. Toss to combine.
2. Serve immediately and enjoy!

* For a richer flavor, you can add a tablespoon of heavy cream to the sauce.
