Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe mango pulp (fresh or frozen, blended until smooth)

  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Mango Puree

  • Peel and chop ripe mangoes.

  • Blend the mango pieces into a smooth puree.

  • Stir in lemon juice to enhance the flavor and prevent browning.

2. Whip the Cream

  • In a mixing bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form.
