Secret Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cream cheese (softened, about 450 g)
  • 1 cup sour cream (240 g)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pickled jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust to spice preference)
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, seeded & finely diced (optional for extra heat)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt (to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs (for topping)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, jalapeños, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
  3. Transfer mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan, crushed crackers, and melted butter. Sprinkle evenly on top of the dip.
  5. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or veggie sticks.

🔥 Tip for extra flavor: Add crumbled crispy bacon or a swirl of hot honey before serving.
