Deviled Ham Salad

Ingredients

2 cups cooked ham, finely chopped or ground
1/3 cup mayonnaise (adjust to taste)
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional garnish: chopped parsley or chives

Instructions:
Prepare the Ham:
Finely chop or grind the cooked ham in a food processor or with a sharp knife.
Mix the Base:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Stir until well blended.
