Add the chicken pieces and shake. Seal and marinate in the fridge for 3 to 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p>When ready to cook, mix the flour with the spices and the dry mustard in a deep plate. In another deep plate, beat the eggs.<\/p>\n<p>Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat or in a deep fryer until it reaches 160\u00b0C (320\u00b0F) on a cooking thermometer.<\/p>\n<p>Drain the chicken pieces and discard the marinade. Flour the chicken pieces. Shake to remove excess flour, then dip the chicken in the beaten eggs.
