Removing yolks to bowl. Reserve 24 white halves; finely chop the remaining 4 white halves.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">-Mash the yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice and pepper; mix well.
