\nAir fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken is an easy dinner ready in 20 minutes. Makes for tender and juicy chicken breasts with crispy golden crusts and a \u2018deep-fried\u2019 taste. No oil needed!
\nINGREDIENTS:
\n2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
\n\u00bc cup mayonnaise
\n\u2153 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
\n\u2153 cup Panko breadcrumbs
\n\u00bc tsp garlic powder
\n\u00bc tsp Italian seasoning
\n\u00bd tsp paprika
\n\u00bd tsp black pepper freshly ground
\n\u00bc tsp sea salt adjust to taste
\nINSTRUCTIONS:
\nSlice each chicken breast horizontally into two halves with a sharp knife.
\nPat the chicken dry and spread the mayonnaise on both sides with a butter knife.
\nTake a wide and shallow bowl and add the parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and sea salt. Combine the ingredients with a fork or spoon.
\nDredge the chicken breasts in the above coating, doing first one side and then the other. Pat down so the coating sticks to the meat.
\nCooking:
\nPreheat your air fryer to 380 F and set the timer to 12 minutes.
\nArrange the chicken breasts in the preheated air fryer basket. Cook for the time set, flipping them halfway through the cooking.
\nServe hot out of the fryer with a sauce or dip and the accompaniments of your choice. If you want, you can slice the meat for easier serving.<\/p>\n
