Ultra-creamy and truly decadent.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcdd Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>Crust<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (Oreo without filling or chocolate biscuits)<\/li>\n<li>6 tbsp melted butter<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cheesecake Filling<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>680 g cream cheese (softened)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 large eggs (room temperature)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>170 g German chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate, melted<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp cocoa powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Coconut-Pecan Topping<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup evaporated milk<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup butter (113 g)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bc cups sweetened shredded coconut<\/li>\n<li>1 cup chopped pecans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Instructions<\/p>\n<p>1. Make the Crust<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 160\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Mix cookie crumbs + sugar + melted butter.<\/li>\n<li>Press firmly into the bottom of a 23 cm springform pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bake 10 minutes, then let cool.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>2. Make the Cheesecake Filling<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Beat cream cheese until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Add sugar + brown sugar and mix.<\/li>\n<li>Add eggs one at a time (don\u2019t overmix).<\/li>\n<li>Add sour cream + vanilla.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in melted chocolate and cocoa powder until just combined.<\/li>\n<li>Pour over the crust.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bake<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bake at 160\u00b0C for 55\u201365 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly.<\/li>\n<li>Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.<\/li>\n<li>Chill in the fridge at least 4 hours or overnight.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Make the Coconut-Pecan Topping<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a saucepan: whisk evaporated milk + sugars + egg yolks.<\/li>\n<li>Add butter and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly.<\/li>\n<li>Cook until thickened (8\u201310 minutes).<\/li>\n<li>Remove from heat and add vanilla, coconut, and pecans.<\/li>\n<li>Let cool completely.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>4.
