Add onion and cook until soft (about 5 minutes).<br \/>\nAdd garlic and cook 1 minute more.<br \/>\nAdd ground beef, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.<\/li>\n<li>Add tomato base:<br \/>\nStir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Mix well.<br \/>\nPour in the broth and bring to a boil.<\/li>\n<li>Add noodles:<br \/>\nBreak lasagna noodles into small pieces and add to the pot.<br \/>\nReduce heat to medium and simmer until noodles are tender (10\u201312 minutes), stirring occasionally so they don\u2019t stick.<\/li>\n<li>Make the cheese mixture:<br \/>\nIn a small bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and basil.<\/li>\n<li>Serve:<br \/>\nSpoon hot soup into bowls.<br \/>\nAdd a generous dollop of the cheese mixture on top.<br \/>\nSprinkle extra mozzarella or Parmesan and garnish with fresh basil if desired.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\ud83d\udca1<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tips<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Want it creamier?
