Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell and rest it on top for an attractive presentation. Pat the meat dry with paper towels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Make the Garlic Butter Sauce\n<ul>\n<li>In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.<\/li>\n<li>Add the minced garlic and saut\u00e9 for about 1 minute until fragrant.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently for 2\u20133 minutes until slightly thickened.
