Cook 2\u20133 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet.<\/li>\n<li>Lower heat to medium, add butter and garlic to the skillet. Saut\u00e9 30 seconds until fragrant.<\/li>\n<li>Return steak bites to the pan, toss in the garlic butter, and garnish with parsley.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\ud83e\udd54 Cheesy Smashed Potatoes<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>700 g (1.5 lbs) baby potatoes<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>1 cup shredded cheddar (or mozzarella for extra stretch)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup grated Parmesan<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; pepper, to taste<\/li>\n<li>Fresh chives or parsley, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15\u201320 min). Drain and let cool slightly.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 220\u00b0C (425\u00b0F).
